Position Summary
The Flagship location Gallery Leader is responsible for the overall success of the gallery, driving sales performance, operational excellence, team development, and an exceptional customer experience. This leader sets the standard by leading with integrity, accountability, and a servant leadership mindset—putting the team first while inspiring high performance.
Based at our Home Office, this role provides the unique opportunity to work closely with company leadership while helping shape the customer experience, team culture, and overall success of our premier location.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated leader with a passion for luxury retail, design, and developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications | Required Experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or a comparable customer-focused industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require

Key Responsibilities | Leadership & Team Development
• Foster a culture where every decision begins with putting the customer first.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and retain exceptional talent.
• Lead by example, creating an engaging, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, performance conversations, and development planning.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide real-time coaching on the sales floor to develop selling skills and elevate the customer experience.
Sales & Customer Experience
• Drive gallery sales, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor while delivering an elevated luxury customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a solutions-focused approach.
• Stay informed on home furnishings, interior design, and luxury retail trends to better serve clients and support the team.
• Represent the brand through professionalism, communication, and personal presentation.
Operations & Business Management
• Create strategic schedules that align staffing with business trends while maximizing productivity and controlling payroll.
• Monitor sales performance, payroll, operational reports, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, order processing, cash handling, deposits, and operational recordkeeping.
• Review invoices, operational reports, and financial reconciliations to maintain company standards.
• Partner with Corporate teams on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and special events that strengthen brand awareness.
• Maintain visual merchandising, showroom presentation, and operational standards consistent with company expectations and partnership directives.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and other operational responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete sales floor for extended periods (with provided rest breaks).
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move merchandise as needed.
• Ability to participate in inventory counts and general showroom maintenance.
