In stock orders typically ship with 5 business days, and special orders take 4-6 weeks. On average, orders over $1,000 ship for a flat $99 shipping fee. White glove deliveries and additional shipping ad-ons are also available nationwide. Payment must be received before your shipment will be processed – our customer service representative will confirm payment details upon confirmation of delivery address and details. Special orders require a 50% deposit to process the order, with the balance due before shipping.
Shipping damages must be noted on the bill of lading given at the time of delivery. If damages are not noted on the form, we may be unable to process your claim. Concealed damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. All damage claims are handled on a case by case basis, with either replacements or credits being issued to fulfill the claim.
