Returns, Sales & Purchase Policies

Standard Merchandise Returns

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of taking possession for a full refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is:

• In its original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Free from damage, stains, alterations, or excessive wear

Damaged, soiled, altered, or improperly used merchandise will not be accepted for return. Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Refunds for purchases made with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the original form of payment. Cash purchases will be refunded by company check. Trade, Designer, Wholesale PRO, and other professional purchasing programs are subject to their respective program terms and conditions..

Special Orders & Custom Merchandise

Custom and made-to-order merchandise is considered final sale. Custom merchandise includes, but is not limited to, items ordered with customer-selected:

• Fabrics
• Finishes
• Sizes
• Configurations
• Cushions
• Trims
• Materials
• Other personalized specifications

Custom orders may not be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded. Special-order merchandise purchased from non-RW Collective vendors that is approved for return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to offset vendor and freight expenses. Lead times provided for custom and special-order merchandise are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturer production schedules, freight carriers, labor shortages, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control..

Damaged Merchandise

Customers should inspect all merchandise upon delivery or pickup. If merchandise arrives with visible shipping damage, customers should notify Stock & Trade Design Co. immediately. If merchandise is damaged due to manufacturing defects or damage sustained during delivery arranged by Stock & Trade Design Co., we will work with the manufacturer or delivery provider to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty and our customer service procedures.

Outlet, Clearance & Furniture Inspection

Outlet merchandise, clearance items, and merchandise sold "as-is" are final sale. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect merchandise prior to purchase. By accepting delivery or taking possession of merchandise, the customer acknowledges the condition of the merchandise and accepts full responsibility for the purchase. Items sold with disclosed damage, defects, or discounted due to condition are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Outlet pricing may not be combined with promotions, discounts, trade pricing, Wholesale PRO pricing, or other special offers unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise Pickup & Storage

Purchased merchandise should be picked up or delivery should be scheduled within seven (7) calendar days after the customer has been notified that their order is available, unless prior arrangements have been approved. Customers may be notified by email, text message, telephone, or other available communication methods. After the initial seven (7) day complimentary storage period expires, a second notification will be sent advising the customer that storage fees will begin. Beginning on the eighth (8th) day after notification, merchandise will incur a storage fee equal to 1% of the total merchandise value before applicable taxes, per week, until the merchandise is picked up or delivery is scheduled. Storage fees must be paid in full before merchandise is released. Stock & Trade Design Co. reserves the right to relocate merchandise to off-site storage if necessary. Any additional transportation or handling expenses associated with off-site storage are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery & Transportation

Customers assume all risk and responsibility associated with transporting merchandise from Stock & Trade Design Co., whether transported personally or by a third-party delivery provider selected by the customer. While our team may assist with loading merchandise, customers are responsible for providing appropriate transportation, packing materials, and securing merchandise safely.Once merchandise leaves the possession of Stock & Trade Design Co., responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer. Stock & Trade Design Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper transportation, loading, storage, or installation.

Sales & Promotions

Promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, and special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated. Promotions are not valid on previous purchases, holds, transfers, custom merchandise, special orders, design services, trade pricing, Wholesale PRO pricing, Realtor Client Services, gift cards, or other excluded merchandise unless expressly noted. Sale pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period.

Order Cancellations

Regular stock merchandise may be canceled prior to shipment or pickup, subject to management approval. Special-order merchandise may only be canceled before the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Once submitted to the vendor, applicable cancellation fees or restocking charges may apply. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

Product Availability

Inventory availability displayed online or communicated in-store is an estimate and may change without notice. Occasionally, products may become unavailable due to manufacturer discontinuation, inventory discrepancies, or circumstances beyond our control. Should this occur, customers will be contacted regarding available alternatives or refund options.

Product Characteristics

Natural materials such as wood, leather, stone, upholstery fabrics, and handcrafted finishes may vary in color, texture, grain, pattern, distressing, or finish. These natural variations are considered inherent characteristics of the materials and are not manufacturing defects. Product colors displayed online or in printed materials may vary depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, and printing methods.

Credit Card Payments

Certain transactions may be subject to a credit card processing fee where permitted by applicable law.

Gift Cards

Gift cards, promotional certificates, and store credits may not be redeemed on outlet merchandise or other excluded merchandise unless otherwise specified. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Regular-priced gift cards expire five (5) years from the purchase date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stock & Trade Design Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of merchandise, manufacturer delays, delivery delays, product availability, or the inability to use products purchased from us. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable merchandise.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Stock & Trade Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturer production delays, freight carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Stock & Trade Design Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
