- Special order returns on all Non-RWC product are subject to a Restock Fee of 15%.
- No returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted on custom orders.
- Damaged/dirty items will not be accepted for return.
- Items purchased with a damage/defective discount are final sale.
- Sold items must be picked up within 7-day deadline or a 1% per week storage fee will be charged.
- Buyer Assumes all risk and liability associated with transportation of merchandise picked up from Stock & Trade Design Co. by self or by third party delivery company.
